Why is my Papaya Skin Food or Ointment product too hard or too soft?

Our Papaya Skin Food & Ointment are made from 100% natural ingredients, with no artificial emulsifiers or stabilisers, which means the consistency will change dependant on the environment in which the product is stored. We recommend keeping your Papaya products out of direct sunlight in a stable environment, like a cabinet or drawer. If your Papaya product is too hard, gently warm the tube between your hands to warm the product. If your Papaya product is too soft, leave it in the fridge for a few minutes to harden.
