The packaging of my P’URE Papayacare product is different, why is that?

G&M Cosmetics acquired P’URE Papayacare in 2019. In 2020 G&M Cosmetics rebranded P’URE Papayacare from Black to Purple packaging. If you have recently purchased or are using a P’URE product in purple packaging, rest assured it is authentic.

If you changed the packaging of P’URE Papayacare did you change the formula too?

G&M Cosmetics have altered the source of Calendula Extract to Calendula Oil, without sacrificing quality or efficacy of the product. Calendula Oil is more pale yellow in colour, so you may see a difference in the colour of your product in purple packaging.

Why is my Papaya Skin Food or Ointment product too hard or too soft?

Our Papaya Skin Food & Ointment are made from 100% natural ingredients, with no artificial emulsifiers or stabilisers, which means the consistency will change dependant on the environment in which the product is stored. We recommend keeping your Papaya products out of direct sunlight in a stable environment, like a cabinet or drawer. If your Papaya product is too hard, gently warm the tube between your hands to warm the product. If your Papaya product is too soft, leave it in the fridge for a few minutes to harden.
